A Hidden Intercession in a Name

Romans 8 tells us that all creation groans for the revealing of the sons and daughters of God. Could it be that during and after the Jesus People Movement—a revival of radical conversions, grassroots faith, and countercultural holiness—God encoded a cry into the culture itself?

Could it be that each time the name Jennifer was called, a prophetic intercession was being released into the atmosphere?
"White Wave. White Wave. White Wave."

Over playgrounds, at church pews, on graduation stages, at weddings and funerals, this name has been declared uncountable times. Not only by humans—but perhaps, echoed by heaven.

A Generational Mantle and Movement
Now, decades later, we are seeing the White Wave begin to rise. Across nations, prophetic voices are being awakened. Ministries marked by purity, prophetic authority, and deep presence-based leadership are emerging. And many of them are led by women who carry the very name—Jennifer.
But this is not just about the literal name.
It’s about the mantle.

From Name to Nation: A Tale of Two Jennifers
I’m Jennifer Aitchison, and I carry this call not just in name—but in spirit. The mantle of the White Wave has marked my life, my message, and the movement I now lead.

In 2022, my dear friend and mentor Jennifer Hockley pioneered the first international Prophet school within a ministry we were both a part of—establishing a powerful expression of prophetic training in the United Kingdom. Just one year later, I followed in her footsteps by launching a Prophet school in Canada, carrying the same heart to raise up healthy, New Covenant prophetic voices. Today, we serve together as part of Prophets Rising, partnering to equip a new generation of prophets across nations.

Two Jennifers.
Two generations.
Two nations.
Two schools launched one year apart—both born out of a deep call to raise up prophetic voices, equipped in purity, identity, and authority.
What may look like coincidence is, in truth, prophetic fulfillment.
Each of us was born at the dawn of new generational eras—Jenny Hockley at the start of Generation X, myself at the start of the Millennial generation. And yet, both of us have been uniquely called to pioneer: not just ministries, but movements. Not just programs, but prophetic company. We don’t just carry the same name—we carry the same cry. A White Wave rising.
This is a signpost.
This is generational synergy.
This is the sound of heaven echoing through two lives surrendered to the mantle.
And now, that same wave is beginning to crash across other nations, through other voices—some named Jennifer, many not. But all marked by the same spiritual DNA: the call to walk in purity, power, prophetic clarity, and the uncompromised gospel.
